Shipping Policy

We charge a shipping and handling cost of $28.95 USD to anywhere in the world. We do not impose additional charges for additional items as long as there is only 1 shipping location.

The delivery time takes approximately 5 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order arrives at your doorstep.

We guarantee the shipments of all successful orders. However, items may get lost, stolen or seized by customs. Please contact us if you do not receive your item within the stipulated delivery timeframe so that we can check on the delay. It is the responsibility of the customer to deal with the shipping company after we have provided you with an electronic tracking number.

All customers are required to pay the shipping and handling costs if you are returning an item.
