Warranty Policy
The quality of our products is guaranteed to be of the highest class. In the very rare instance that you receive a defective item, please note that all items bought from this site are covered by a warranty against all manufacturer defects.
Our full warranty does not cover the following:
- Customer-inflicted damage
- Damage caused by wear and tear
- Scratches, broken glass
- Water damage caused by exposure to pools, shower, water sports and swimming (TIP: Make sure that the crown of your replica is always screwed in tightly before any kind of exposure to water.)
- Stolen parts
- Crown and clasp damage
All tampered products will not be eligible for the warranty.
If a manufacturer defect surfaces within a week, we will replace your item with no additional charge
If your product cannot be repaired, we will resend you the same model. If that model if currently out of stock, you can choose any products with the same or lesser value.
If you are returning products for exchange or refund, please remember the following:
All items returned should be post-marked NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS after the delivery of the product.
The product should be 100% brand new, meaning that it should not show signs of use or unpacking. Once you have used your replica, the return/ exchange policy is automatically void. This also means that the plastic wrapping around the bands should not be removed.
Insure your return package. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail during the shipping process.
Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
- The product is subject to final inspection for the abovementioned conditions before your return claim is processed.
- All refunds will be in full, minus the shipping charges and any credit card processing fees.
